AGE REQUIREMENT: PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS ONLY (18+)

RigHaulix is strictly engineered for professional commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers, owner-operators, fleet managers, and logistics professionals. In accordance with North American transportation regulations (including US DOT/FMCSA laws and Canadian provincial licensing requirements) and child data protection acts, you must be at least 18 years of age—the legal age required to operate commercial vehicles—to utilize our services. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from individuals under 18.

DATA WE COLLECT & HOW WE USE IT

To keep our digital utilities running smoothly, we handle data in two specific ways:

  • Operational Tool Data: When you use our dynamic calculators (such as IFTA tax estimators, mileage logs, or fuel estimators), you input specific trip data. Currently, this processing happens live. However, to support advanced features in the future (like custom driver dashboards, regional trip tracking, and cloud-saved logs), our system is structurally capable of securely storing backend data configuration inputs.
  • Direct Contact Information: If you reach out via our contact portals or subscribe to our updates, we collect your name and email address.

    Our Data Policy Promise: RigHaulix does not and will never sell, rent, or lease your personal details, email addresses, or trucking logs to third-party marketing brokers or outside operations.
